Mendaram Longhouse Crafts is community based social enterprise that empowers indigenous women of Mendaram Besar Longhouse to produce traditional woven handicrafts.

Mendaram Longhouse Crafts was founded by Hensona Anak Munah in 2000 to promote the traditional woven handicrafts made by the indigenous women in their community.
Hensona buys from Malaysia using her own money and provides it to the weavers. Upon selling the final products to tourists, a percentage of the profits will proceed to the weavers.
Mendaram seeks to create a means of livelihood for the indigenous women of Mendaram Besar Longhouse. They promote the traditional woven handicrafts made by the indigenous women of Mendaram Besar Longhouse
They have uplifted people of indigenous community and income increment of 25 weavers, of whom are all women aged from 60 to 70 years old.
